Chris has over 20 years’ experience of managing and growing technology services businesses. He has a passion for delivering services which benefit our clients, our people and our business in equal measure.

Matt joined Ten10 as CFO in February 2018. He has 21 years’ experience across a wide range of finance roles all within the IT industry. Matt is responsible for finance, commercial and compliance functions.

Richard is responsible for growth at Ten10, focused on our mission to solve the digital skills crisis. With 20 years' experience at the intersection of people and tech, he specialises in creating disruptive, innovative solutions for clients’ problems.

Ash has been responsible for the Ten10 Tech Academy since its inception in 2013. Ash is passionate about giving people the opportunity to start and develop a career in technology, irrespective of their background.

Chris is responsible for Ten10's consultancy solutions and services. With over 20 years' experience in technology consultancy and delivery, Chris has defined and implemented automation strategies in some of the UK's largest organisations.

Jon has over 20 years’ experience in central and field operations. Jon is responsible for the Project Management Office, Business Support Department, IT Department and Human Resources.

Jenny is responsible for the day to day operations of the Ten10 Academy, covering all aspects of recruitment, training, wellbeing and client placement.

Matt leads our Cloud and DevOps offerings here at Ten10 and has a long history of bringing Cloud and DevOps capability to large organisations across a number of industries and technologies.

Richard heads our Academy Customer Solutions and Success teams at Ten10, bringing a wealth of experience from the IT resourcing field spanning two decades. Witnessing the UK IT industry surpass the available skilled workforce, his aim is to usher in a new generation of technologists, driving further advancements in the sector.

Charles is responsible for our Academy clients in North America. He has a long history of working in the resourcing arena and is committed to solving all our US clients tech skills gap.

Ryan leads a team focused on Ten10’s clients in the financial services sector.

Kate is Financial Controller for Ten10. She has 21 years’ experience, working in practice for 11 years followed by a variety of Financial Controller roles.

Emma has worked in IT for 20 years and in test and quality services for 15 years. Emma specialises in quality and test strategies and supports our teams to deliver test services to our Northern-based clients.

Juliet has over 20 years’ commercial experience within the technology industry, having worked for a number of small to medium sized companies and as Commercial Director of a large outsourcing organisation.

David is an accomplished Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience managing and leading projects and teams across a variety of industries. David is the Head of the Project Management Office and Business Support Department.

Neil has worked in IT for more than 15 years. He ensures Ten10's technology infrastructure securely supports a rapidly growing business.

Deborah has over 20 years’ experience of leading marketing and sales-based initiatives across Europe and the US within the technology sector and has wide-ranging experience of markets such as retail, manufacturing, financial services, public sector, telecommunications, energy and utilities.

Hannah heads up the HR department which partners with the business to build out and support all things people related, from driving policy and the BAU to rolling out HR initiatives to keep our people engaged, developed, and our culture strong.

Craig comes from a rich history of providing Test management to struggling large scale projects and transformations to ensure the successful turnaround and delivery through Agile transformation, team development, test strategy definition, delivery management and governance.

Peter leads the technical courses for the Ten10 Academy, where he can draw on and share his experience with programming, the Web, databases and networking.

Sarita has rich international teaching experience for multinational companies in varied advanced technologies. Brings in National Technical Learning and Development managerial skills with strong administration background.

Chris leads a team focused on Ten10's clients in the Legal and Professional Services sectors.

Ash leads a Ten10 team focused on developing existing clients and managed service engagements.

Megan supports, encourages and gives guidance to every member of our Graduate Academy.

Jon oversees the technical quality engineering projects that Ten10 manage for our clients, ranging from Test Automation, Performance Engineering through to DevOps engagements.

Steven is a Principal Consultant at Ten10 and leads the test delivery of our legal sector customers. Stevens skills are focussed on test maturity assessments, test strategy definition and delivery management and governance of large scale transformation projects.

Charlotte heads up the Digital Testing Lab which offers a range of testing services around mobile device, and operating systems, including Compatibility and Accessibility Testing.

Miriam has 10 years experience in Test and Project Management. She is currently managing a team of test professionals for one of our largest customers.

Nick has over 21 years experience in both functional and non-functional testing, including programme test management of Enterprise level high-availability and high performance systems, across sectors including Healthcare, Utilities, e-Commerce, Life & Pensions, Telecoms, and Data Warehousing.

Gary is a Principal Consultant. He has worked in IT for over 25 years in development, testing, team leadership and management.
