Application Process

When you apply to join our Tech Academy, we will initially review your CV. You’ll then be invited to a telephone interview, during which we’ll get to know you a little, talk about your background and your aspirations for a career in Tech, we will talk you through the key details of the Academy too. The next stage is for you to complete a short aptitude test, this will demonstrate to us where your natural abilities for the industry currently lie and finally, you’ll be welcomed to an Assessment Centre – we’re very friendly, we promise!

Step 1: Apply Online

Pop your CV into our inbox! We accept candidates (graduates or otherwise) from any degree background and only ask that you have a passion for the technology industry; we don’t expect you to know all of the ins and outs! Please note that we accept applications throughout the year.

Step 2: Phone Interview

A conversation with a member of the Graduate Talent Team; we will talk you through the Ten10 Technology Academy programme in depth; from why we run it, what we teach, the aims of the course, what you’ll get from it, through to opportunities at the end of the scheme. This is a great time to ask lots of questions.

Step 3: Aptitude Test

You will complete an Aptitude Test, this is designed for people with no prior technical knowledge to showcase your natural abilities and aptitude to succeed; we're looking for people who are natural problem solvers! We know the word 'test' sounds a little daunting, but we'll send you plenty of tips and guidance!

Step 4: Assessment Day

A day focused on us getting to know each other and assessing your skills and capabilities. Our assessment days are a little different to the norm, as they are very much focused on you as an individual, rather than the collective group.
